Paula has always enjoyed the art of writing and with the encouragement of the Universe is now taking her talent seriously. When she is not writing or blogging, she spends her time counseling clients and creating art. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Hypnotherapist, Certified Past Life Regression Therapist, Certified Sixth Sensory™ Practitioner, and Reiki Master. She has over twenty years experience helping those on a spiritual path to find a healthy balance for living on the physical plane.
